Returns Policy

Here at Tainted Oak we can offer you a 30 day returns window from the day you receive your order! 

What do I need to do?

Our postage boxes or envelopes can be easily reused providing they’re carefully opened. Package up your item back in the postage box/envelope and reseal using appropriate tape. 

We will pop a returns label in your order (this is not a prepaid returns label), make sure you stick this over your address so it doesn’t get resent back to you!

Send your unwanted items back to our studio using a courier of your choice via a tracked service.

Ensure all goods are returned as new, unworn and with tags (you won’t be eligible for a refund if this is not the case) and don’t forget to keep hold of your proof of postage receipt!

Once your return items have arrived back at the studio we will issue you a refund for the returns. Please note this process can take 3-5 working days depending how the returns is sent back to us. 

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, as a small business we cannot offer free returns.
